My name is Lydia Williams and I presently live in Tamarac, Florida. I am delighted to be a member this class. I can be reached at 954-864-9835 or via email at Lydiazina@aol.com.  For the last school year, I enjoyed teaching middle and high school students the importance of technology innovation.

 

One of the last topics my students worked on is Nanotechnology, the new kid on the block. Hence, the biggest challenge I encountered in the classroom is how to apply the curriculum to better enhance my students cognitive ability. However, by learning the different avenue of instructional design allows me to improve my teaching skills, the environment and to better facilitate to my student’s needs. Therefore, my engagement in corporate, K-12 and higher education training will help me to balance myself to accommodate to stakeholders main objectives.

 

In addition, my strength drives my ability with what I have learned and experienced thus far in life. Building a strong foundation and collaborates all my skills, ability and strategies for future business success are very important. Above all, I am an easy going and low key and I best work involves people and task where co-operation can be achieved through goodwill. Thus, my expectations for this course is to learn the various ways to analyze, implement strategic approach and principles of instructional design models.
